As an actor, I have always known that I needed to maintain a healthy physique to look aesthetically pleasing on the big screen. I would work out all of the time to get "fit." After months of non-stop exercising and receiving minimal results, I soon realized I needed to find an alternative route to my fitness success. Ryan taught me that eating clean was the key to this success and exercise was just a cherry on top. He did not give me a "fad" diet to follow, but instead taught me a whole new lifestyle of guidelines to strive for in maintaining a healthy life.
